The Australiana Pioneer Village (APV) needs volunteers to continue providing the amazing experience it currently offers.

If all you think you can do is have a good yarn, there is every chance you are just what they are looking for.

APV is a working pioneer village, so volunteers are vital to ensure the best possible experience for visitors.

All training is supplied by the team at APV, and the tasks they need help with include:

  • Strolling the village;
  • Sitting on one of the village’s 1800s verandahs and chatting with the public;
  • Helping at the front gate;
  • Helping with demonstrations, amusements and street theatre;
  • Helping on the education and maintenance teams.

They’re also looking for train and tractor drivers.

If you have some spare time in your busy schedule, give Laurie a call on 0437 031 896 and have a chat about how you could volunteer.
