Hawkesbury Couple Demonstrates Unwavering Commitment To Community

Since acquiring Battery World Hawkesbury in 2021, the support from the community has not only powered Ashley and Sarah Navin but has shone a light on the value of friendly, quality service.

That is why the couple has decided to continue operating in a streamlined capacity while the shopfront undergoes upgrades next week - Monday, November 13 to Monday, November 20.

In lieu of over-the-counter sales, the couple will continue to provide the same level of service and expertise with the addition of free delivery service.

“Since we opened, the community has been beyond supportive,” Ashley said.

“The least we can do to thank them is to continue providing a service while the store undergoes a refresh.

“We joined the Battery World network because we aligned with the passion and drive for powering our local communities with quality products and expert advice.

“We will do everything in our power to continue upholding these values.” The store currently sponsors the premier league team, the Colo Soccer Football Club, in which the Navin’s daughter plays.

They’ve got their eyes on further community involvement in 2024. Battery World’s General Manager, Johnny Kennedy said he was proud to have Ashley and Sarah in the network, demonstrating what it meant to go above and beyond for their community.

“No matter what these last few years threw at them, Ashley and Sarah were unwavering in their determination and commitment to powering the local Hawkesbury community,” Johnny said.

“Our locally owned franchise partners are the lifeblood of many towns and cities, and I am excited to see Ashley and Sarah continue to deliver exceptional customer service to the Hawkesbury community. The Battery World Hawkesbury store will be back to full service on Tuesday, November 21.
