Local residents impacted by this year’s floods are invited to share their stories in a new research project by Macquarie University.

Researchers at Macquarie University have put feelers out for people who were affected by the floods this year.

They are looking for people who were in Windsor, South Windsor, Pitt Town, Wilberforce, Freemans Reach, Richmond or North Richmond to share their experiences.

The aim of the research project is to look at community experiences of this year’s floods to help inform future plans to improve flood safety in future.

Every story is important to get the most complete picture of what took place, so whether you were slightly impacted, moderately impacted or severely impacted, they want to hear from you.
