Residents Invited To Comment On Council’s Draft 2023/2024 Operational Plan

Hawkesbury City Council has developed a Draft 2023/2024 Operational Plan which is currently on public exhibition until Tuesday, May 16.

Council has invited community members to view and comment on the Draft that outlines the proposed projects, programs and activities for 2023/2024.

The Draft also includes information about rates, fees and charges and estimated income and expenditure.

The Long-Term Financial Plan 2023 to 2033exhibited alongside the Operational Plan, supports the Operational Plan, demonstrating how Council will resource and fund its future activities.

A copy of the Draft 2023/2024 Operational Plan and the Long-Term Financial Plan 2023 to 2033 can be viewed at:

  • Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor from 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday;
  • Richmond Branch Library, 29 West Market Street, Richmond from 9:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm Saturday;
  • Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor, from 9 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday adn from 9 am to 1 pm Saturday and 2 pm to 5 pm Sunday.

Submissions can be made in writing via a form located on the Council Website or addressed to the General Manager by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2656 or email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au.
